- Carry rewards for sourcing deals that SunDAO invests in

Institutional members receive all Individual benefits plus:

1.2 Career Accelerator Program
The Career Accelerator is a 3-month venture apprenticeship program providing:

- Mentorship from SunDAO founders and industry experts
- Portfolio outputs and documented work samples
- Certificate of completion from SunDAO
- Access to the SunDAO community network

2. Eligibility & Requirements
2.1 Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals and institutions who:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have genuine interest in blockchain/Web3 investments
- Can meet the minimum co-investment requirements for their tier
- Comply with applicable securities laws in their jurisdiction
- Are not residents of sanctioned countries
Members participating in co-investment opportunities will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) and confirm their investor status as part of the investment process.
SunDAO reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications at its sole discretion.
2.2 Career Accelerator Eligibility
The Career Accelerator program is open to:
- University students (undergraduate or graduate)
- Recent graduates seeking industry experience
- Career changers transitioning into Web3/blockchain
- Working professionals seeking venture experience
Participants must be able to commit to part-time, remote work for the 3-month program duration.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Membership Billing
Membership fees are billed annually. Your membership begins upon approval of your application and payment confirmation. Membership automatically renews annually. You can cancel anytime before renewal.
4.3 Career Accelerator Payment

5. Refund Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.1 Membership Refunds
Within 14 days: Full refund if requested within 14 days and before accessing deal flow or the member community.
After access granted: Annual membership fees are non-refundable once you have been granted access to the SunDAO member community and deal flow.
5.2 Career Accelerator Refunds
Within 14 days: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and before accessing any program content.
After access granted: By enrolling and accessing program materials, you consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email loading... with your name and email address used for purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

- Deal memos and investment research are confidential and for member use only
- Career Accelerator participants retain ownership of their project work but grant SunDAO a license to use it for promotional purposes
8. Code of Conduct
All members and program participants agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of deal information and member discussions
- Not share access credentials or proprietary materials with non-members
- Provide accurate information in applications and communications
- Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior
- Not use the community for unsolicited sales or spam
Violation of this code of conduct may result in termination of membership or program participation without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SunDAO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
