• Co-investment opportunities ($2,500-$25,000 for Individual; $2,500-$100,000 for Institutional)

Membership Tiers:

• Individual Membership: $975/year - For angels and operators
• Institutional Membership: $4,975/year - For funds, family offices, and institutions

2.2 Career Accelerator Program

The Career Accelerator is a 3-month venture apprenticeship program providing:

• Real project experience across four tracks: Engineering, Investment, Marketing, and Business Development
• Mentorship from SunDAO Ventures founders and industry experts
• Portfolio outputs and documented work samples
• Certificate of completion from SunDAO Ventures
• Access to the SunDAO community network
• Potential opportunities for paid projects post-program

3. Eligibility & Requirements

3.1 Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and institutions who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have genuine interest in blockchain/Web3 investments
• Can meet the minimum co-investment requirements for their tier
• Comply with applicable securities laws in their jurisdiction
• Are not residents of sanctioned countries

SunDAO reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications at its sole discretion.

3.2 Career Accelerator Eligibility

The Career Accelerator program is open to:

• University students (undergraduate or graduate)
• Recent graduates seeking industry experience
• Career changers transitioning into Web3/blockchain
• Working professionals seeking venture experience

Participants must be able to commit to part-time, remote work for the 3-month program duration.

SunDAO SRL is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection laws.

4.1 Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Contact information (name, email address)
• Professional information (LinkedIn profile, company, role)
• Social media handles (Telegram, Twitter/X)
• Investment preferences, experience, and deal participation history
• Program enrollment information and progress data
• Payment and billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Usage data through Google Analytics
• Communication history and support interactions

4.2 How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to:

• Process membership applications and program enrollments
• Provide access to our services, platforms, and deal flow
• Facilitate collective due diligence and voting processes
• Communicate about deals, events, and program updates
• Process payments through Stripe
• Match mentors with Career Accelerator participants
• Send marketing communications (with your consent)
• Improve our services through analytics
• Comply with legal obligations

• Notion/Google Workspace - for collaboration and document management

4.4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

• Active membership data: Duration of membership plus 3 years
• Career Accelerator data: Program duration plus 5 years
• Financial records: 10 years (as required by Romanian law)
• Marketing preferences: Until consent is withdrawn

4.5 Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Membership Billing

Membership fees are billed annually. Your membership begins upon approval of your application and payment confirmation. Membership automatically renews annually. You can cancel anytime before renewal.

5.3 Career Accelerator Payment

The Career Accelerator program fee is a one-time payment due upon enrollment. Payment plans may be available upon request - contact us at loading....

6. Refund Policy

In accordance with Romanian legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

6.1 14-Day Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of purchase.

6.2 Career Accelerator Program Refunds

The Career Accelerator is a digital service/educational program. By enrolling and accessing the program content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Once program access is granted and you begin participating, the service has commenced
• You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service
• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or you have accessed program materials

Full refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before accessing any program content, you will receive a full refund.

Partial refund: If you have accessed less than 25% of program materials within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.

No refund: After 30 days or after accessing more than 25% of program materials, no refunds will be provided.

6.3 Membership Refunds

Before approval: Full refund if your membership application is rejected or withdrawn before approval.

Within 14 days: Full refund if requested within 14 days and before accessing deal flow or member community.

After access granted: Annual membership fees are non-refundable once your membership application has been approved and you have been granted access to the SunDAO member community and deal flow.

6.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email loading... with your name, email address used for purchase, and reason for refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

• Risk of Loss: All investments in early-stage blockchain/Web3 companies carry significant risk, including the potential total loss of principal.
• Due Diligence: Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment decisions. SunDAO's collective due diligence is informational only.
• No Guarantees: Past performance of portfolio companies does not guarantee future results. Conversion rates and deal outcomes may vary.
• Regulatory Compliance: Members are responsible for ensuring their investments comply with applicable securities laws in their jurisdiction.
• Accredited Investors: Some deals may require accredited investor status. Members must verify their eligibility for specific opportunities.

We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, research materials, due diligence reports, and educational content, is the property of SunDAO SRL and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Members and participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without written consent
• Deal memos and investment research are confidential and for member use only
• Career Accelerator participants retain ownership of their project work but grant SunDAO a license to use it for promotional purposes

9. Code of Conduct

All members and program participants agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of deal information and member discussions
• Not share access credentials or proprietary materials with non-members
• Provide accurate information in applications and communications
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior
• Not use the community for unsolicited sales or spam

Violation of this code of conduct may result in termination of membership or program participation without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SunDAO SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided
• We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors or communication platforms

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior (Google Analytics)
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Improve website functionality and user experience
• Process payments securely (Stripe)

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Bucharest, Romania
